This download contains the Virtual Advent Kit for Incarnation: Rediscovering the Significance of Christmas. The Virtual Advent Kit is for churches opting to meet virtually this Advent for worship and/or small groups for adults, children, and youth.
In addition to this download bundle, the Virtual Advent Kit includes the Incarnation eBook and a 45-day access pass to Amplify Media, where you can view the Incarnation small group videos. This folder contains the simplified leader guide for adults, to facilitate virtual group meetings.
VIRTUAL LEADER GUIDE FOR CHILDREN
This folder contains the simplified leader guide for children, to facilitate virtual group meetings. Each session also includes materials to be given to families for home celebration of Advent with children.
VIRTUAL LEADER GUIDE FOR YOUTH
This folder contains the simplified leader guide for youth, to facilitate virtual group meetings.
COMMUNICATION RESOURCES
This folder contains emails and Facebook posts to be shared with a small group to facilitate communication and spark discussion and reflection between group meetings, as well as various images to be used in print and web communications.
WORSHIP RESOURCES
This folder contains worship resources for each Sunday of Advent and for worship on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Each file contains a suggested responsive reading; a reading for lighting the Advent candle; a brief prayer; and suggested hymns.
ZOOM BACKGROUNDS
This folder contains 12 images that can be used as virtual backgrounds in your online meetings. Follow the instructions in your videoconferencing platform for setting one of these images as your virtual background. They are optimized for Zoom but will work with other platforms as well.
VIDEOS
This folder contains an exclusive video for church leaders featuring Adam Hamilton as well as short videos to be played during worship during the season of Advent. Suitable for online worship or in-person worship displayed on a screen. The 1-2 minute videos could be played on a loop at the beginning or end of online sessions; during moments of reflection; or just prior to the sermon. Files are in MP4 format with SRT files included for closed captioning.

AMPLIFY MEDIA ACCESS PASS (Small Group Videos)
Your purchase of the Incarnation Virtual Advent Kit includes a free 45-day access pass to Amplify Media, where you can stream the small group videos for Incarnation. The 45-day pass begins on November 16, 2020 and ends on December 31, 2020.
To activate your Amplify pass, go to amplifymedia.com and click “Get Started” in the upper right. Select your church’s average attendance, and then click “Start Free Trial” under the Basic Plan. Click “Subscribe” and set up your church account on the next page. When all of your information has been entered, click “Create Account.” On the next page, under Coupon Code enter the code ADVENT20 and click “Apply Coupon.” This gives you 45 days of access to Amplify.* To complete set-up you will need to enter your credit card information. Cancel at any time before the end of the 45-day period and your card will not be charged. Click “Agree and Subscribe.” Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to give Amplify access to your church members. You can find the Incarnation videos at amplifymedia.com/incarnation.
