Stephen A. Graham is retired from the University of Indianapolis, where he was Professor of Political Science and Pre-Law Advisor. His particular areas of expertise are political theory and constitutional law. Dr. Graham's most recent publication is The Totalitarian Kingdom of God: The Political Philosophy of E. Stanley Jones (University Press of America, 1998). He and Marcia Graham published First the Kingdom (University Press of America) in 1994. Dr. Graham has published articles in numerous journals, including American Political Science Review, State Government, and Journal of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies.
